he Ocarina outpost is located straight south from Cove
on a quiet island. It is a small outpost used as
storage for ships and a resting place for tired
sailors or others wishing sanctitude from the laws of
the lands. The island itself has a few residents,
again most are secluded.
The establishment is lead by the old magician, Telor
Gorn. He is known not to be too picky about the sort
of cargo he traffics, as long as the payment is right.
Perhaps because of this, it is rumoured that he has
some shady roots in Feluccan village of Deepwater, but
he doesn't speak much of that dark time.
